As for the work itself, Id say it looks solid so far , but get some textures on that monkey.

But I must say its well presented, and well programed, I will have to say id give it a 5/5 even if its not exactly a type of game I would see myself playing for more than 10 minutes. But I do see the merits in it. Good Stuff Good Stuff.

The animation was quite decent and like it was mentioned before the art direction is pretty good.The movie theme itself seems to be pretty abstract which is ok for the disturbing art style that it has. Honestly i wouldn't have it any other way. However I just couldn't get myself to really like the short as a whole. The story itself was truly weak. The voice overs were a bit annoying (maybe it was the dialog). Which sadly leaves a short that really didn't get a smile or a frown from me, it just left nothing.
I believe you can do a bit better next time.And I will look forward to your next short.
